Yigeyun announced on September 14 that it had completed a Series B+ financing round of nearly 100 million yuan, co-invested by MTR Lab and Northern Light Venture Capital, with Voyage Capital serving as the exclusive financial adviser. The round came about four months after its Series B financing.
Yigeyun said the funds will primarily be used in two areas: continued development of its enterprise intelligent-productivity governance platform for employees and AI agents; and expansion of its overseas team and markets, including stronger localized delivery and services.
Governance Expands as Agents Enter Business Workflows
As AI agents begin calling tools and executing tasks, enterprises need clarity over ownership, permissions and accountability: who created and authorized an agent, which systems and data it can access, what operations it can perform, when it should be restricted or stopped, and how its operating costs and task outcomes should be measured.
Yigeyun argues that enterprise governance must expand from managing employees to managing the combined activities of employees and agents. To that end, the company has added AIDR, or AI Detection & Response, capabilities to its proprietary Yunshu platform to oversee agents as they operate.
Yigeyun co-founder and CEO Hu Min said the company aims to bring both agents operating within enterprises and AI systems that may eventually participate in cross-organizational collaboration or physical-world tasks under a unified governance framework.
Yunshu AIDR Covers Five Areas of Management
According to Yigeyun, Yunshu AIDR operates across five areas: visibility, definition, identification, execution and measurement.
“Visibility” involves discovering agents and their configurations across an enterprise to create a dynamically updated asset view, giving companies a clear picture of the AI systems in use. “Definition” means setting an agent’s objectives, role and responsibilities, permission boundaries, validity period and cost budget before deployment to establish operating rules.
“Identification” assigns an identity to each agent and links it to its creator, user and accountable owner, making it possible to trace who initiated, authorized and executed a task. “Execution” checks agent behavior during operation and can issue alerts, restrict permissions or block unauthorized or anomalous actions. “Measurement” calculates resource costs by model, agent, workflow and accountable owner, while assessing budgets and efficiency against task outcomes.
Whether these capabilities can operate reliably across different enterprise systems will still depend on the deployment environment, scope of integration and actual usage.
Company Says Platform Covers More Than 5 Million Endpoints
Once agents enter the enterprise, they typically need to connect with existing identity, endpoint, network, application and data systems. Yigeyun said its Yunshu platform has established governance capabilities across these areas, allowing companies to discover AI assets, set boundaries and enforce policies.
According to the company, Yigeyun currently serves more than 1,000 enterprises across over 20 industries and covers more than 5 million endpoints. These operating figures were provided by the company, and actual deployment performance will depend on each customer’s specific use case.
Yigeyun said that as more business scenarios are connected, it will feed risks identified and operational experience gained through real-world governance back into product development.
Using Hong Kong as a Launchpad for Overseas Expansion
Overseas expansion is another focus of the funding round. Yigeyun said Hong Kong is a key launchpad for its international strategy. The company has established a presence at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park and plans to leverage local partner resources to expand across Hong Kong, Macao and Southeast Asia before gradually entering other overseas markets.
MTR Lab said it hopes to support Yigeyun in strengthening its AI governance solutions and overseas service capabilities. Northern Light Venture Capital said that as agent adoption expands, permissions, security and accountability boundaries will become ongoing issues for enterprises.
