Hong Kong-listed Karrie International Holdings Limited recently said it has begun delivering its first products supporting NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin platform, with the related product line entering mass production.
Karrie International primarily provides server chassis, rack-level mechanical structures and related precision manufacturing services. The products being delivered are chassis and rack-level mechanical components designed for the Vera Rubin platform, rather than NVIDIA GPU chips or complete AI server systems.
Products Cover NVL72 and NVL8 Platforms
Karrie International said it is helping customers advance projects based on NVIDIA’s MGX architecture and Vera Rubin platform, and has launched products supporting platforms including Vera Rubin NVL72 and Rubin NVL8.
The products span server chassis, racks and mechanical structures in various specifications, extending the company’s business from server-level components to rack-level solutions.
As AI infrastructure shifts from standalone servers toward high-density, liquid-cooled and rack-level architectures, server mechanical structures must accommodate greater power density, more demanding thermal requirements and increased system integration complexity.
Karrie International said its services include early-stage engineering development, precision mechanical design, mold manufacturing, automated production, assembly, quality validation and volume delivery.
ASIC Server Business Expands
In addition to products for the Vera Rubin platform, Karrie International is expanding its ASIC server support business.
According to the company’s previously released business update for the first quarter of fiscal 2026/27, increased shipments of ASIC and other AI server products drove revenue from its general-purpose and AI server chassis business up about 63% year over year.
The figure refers to revenue growth in the general-purpose and AI server chassis segment, not a 63% increase in Karrie International’s overall revenue, and it cannot be attributed entirely to products for the Vera Rubin platform.
The company said some existing ASIC products are gradually approaching the end of their product life cycles. It is now preparing next-generation products, with new projects scheduled to launch progressively to bridge production and deliveries across product generations.
Expanding From Server Chassis to Rack-Level Products
Karrie International is seeking to expand beyond traditional server chassis manufacturing into mechanical engineering solutions for AI infrastructure.
In rack-level AI systems, mechanical structures do more than secure and protect equipment; they must also be designed around power delivery, network connectivity and liquid cooling systems. As rack power density rises, so do requirements for structural precision, load-bearing capacity, reliability and consistency in mass production.
The company said it will continue working with chipmakers, server brands and cloud service customers to expand its engineering development and manufacturing capabilities for next-generation AI servers and rack-level products.
However, Karrie International did not disclose the customer names, order values, delivery volumes or revenue contribution associated with its Vera Rubin platform products in this press release. The actual scale of the business will therefore remain unclear until further details emerge in financial reports or Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings.
Company Expects Continued Growth in the Fourth Quarter
Karrie International expects products for the Vera Rubin platform and its ASIC server business to be the main growth drivers in the fourth quarter, potentially lifting its operating performance to a record high.
This is a forward-looking assessment by the company, not an operating result that has already been achieved. Actual performance may be affected by customer orders, the pace of mass production, product validation, supply chain conditions and market demand.
